Dream feel Mattress Warranty Policy

Warranty period – We make quality mattresses that provides
superior comfort sleeping experience and our mattresses carry standard limited
warranty on all range of mattresses from 3 to 8 years.

What is COVERED under Warranty?

The warranty of the mattresses is covered for
the following defects

  • If the mattress has any manufacturing defect
  • If the mattress is shrinking or sagging by more than 1 inch
  • Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam
    material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

What is NOT COVERED under Warranty?

The warranty does not cover and void in the
event of the following scenarios:

  • Mattress without a valid warranty card and purchase invoice will
    not be covered under warranty
  • The mattress covers/zipper is not covered under the warranty
  • Mattress shrinking or sagging by less than 1 inch, which is
    normal scenario with memory foam and softy foam and it comes back to its
    normal shape and does not affect the comfort level, so this not covered
    under the warranty.
  • The warranty is not covered for the mattress where the physical
    abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, cuts, burns, tears,
    liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such
    abuse or damage.
  • Damaged caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store
    for non-commercial mattress will not be covered under the warranty
  • Any mattress sold by resellers or unauthorized retailers is
    not covered under warranty.
  • The warranty will not be covered for the mattress previously
    purchased and used by another consumer and sold to someone else.
  • Mattress that are opened or serviced by an unauthorized
    service person will not be covered under the warranty
  • If the mattresses are carried out for camping or outing are
    not covered under the warranty.

How to claim the warranty of your Dream feel mattress

In the event of a defect and in order to get the benefit of the Dream
feel mattress limited warranty benefit, you must return your mattress to us
with proof of the original warranty card, invoice and id proof of the consumer
who purchased the mattress to match the name in the invoice.

You can send us an email to return@dreamfeel.in or contact our customer support number and
provide all details of your mattress problem, purchase date, invoice and
warranty card, our support team will review the problem and assist you on the further
process and arrange for a return pick-up, review the mattress if this is under
warranty policy, the same will be serviced for a specific part or replaced if
needed after that will be delivered at the earliest.

Terms on Warranty Period, Carry-over

Warranty carry-over – Replaced or repaired mattresses are subject to the same limited
mattress warranty as the original mattress and that continues with date of
purchase of the original mattress.

If you obtain for a replacement or repair of your mattress, the warranty
period of the repaired or replaced mattress will continue from the date of
purchase of the original mattress.
